Unfavorable feedback may have been discovered through a check of complaints registered with a regulatory authority or complaints registered through Five Star Professional’s consumer complaint process; feedback may not be representative of any one client’s experience; C. Individually contributed to a financial settlement of a customer complaint; D. Filed for personal bankruptcy within the past 11 years; E. Been terminated from a financial services firm within the past 11 years; F. Been convicted of a felony); 4. Fulfilled their firm review based on internal standards; 5. Accepting new clients. BBB Designation

Accreditation means the Better Business Bureau (“BBB”) has determined that company bearing the accreditation logo meets certain standards with regard to licensing, regulatory complaints, consumer complaints, advertising and other business practices. In order for a company to be eligible for the BBB accreditation the company (1) must be in business for at least six months in any BBB service area; (2) fulfill all licensing and bonding requirements of applicable jurisdictions; (3) be free from government action that demonstrates a significant failure to support BBB ethical principles in marketplace transactions; (4) be free from an unsatisfactory rating and maintain at least a B rating at the accrediting BBB and the BBB where it is headquartered; (5) fulfill certain requirements directly with the BBB, including honoring any settlements reached by the BBB dispute resolution process; (6) follows governmental and BBB advertising laws and codes; and (7) safeguard consumer data. BBB accredited firms must also agree to abide by the BBB Code of Business Practices which represents the standards for business accreditation by BBB in the United States and Canada.

The BBB rating system rates businesses on a scale of A+ to F, with A+ being the highest. BBB accredited businesses pay a uniform fee in advance for accreditation review/monitoring and for support of BBB services to the public. Bell Rock is unaware of any undisclosed facts that could potentially invalidate the appropriateness of the designation. By virtue of disclosing this designation, Bell Rock is disclosing favorable ratings (to the extent that Bell Rock is ranked above other companies) and unfavorable ratings (to the extent that Bell Rock is ranked below other companies). AIFA

The AIFA Designation certifies that the recipient has advanced knowledge of fiduciary standards of care, their application to the investment management process, and procedures for assessing conformance by third parties to fiduciary standards. To receive the AIFA Designation, the individual must hold the AIF Designation, meet prerequisite criteria based on a combination of education, relevant industry experience, auditing experience, and/or ongoing professional development, complete a training program, successfully pass a comprehensive, closed‐book final examination under the supervision of a proctor and agree to abide by the Code of Ethics and Conduct Standards. In order to maintain the AIFA Designation, the individual must annually attest to the Code of Ethics and Conduct Standards, and accrue and report a minimum of ten hours of continuing education. The Designation is administered by the Center for Fiduciary Studies, the standards‐setting body of fi360.

PPC

The PPC Designation certifies that the recipient has specialized knowledge of retirement plan compliance requirements, common plan services, and plan administration. To receive the PPC Designation, the individual must meet prerequisite criteria based on a combination of education, relevant industry experience, and/or ongoing professional development, complete a training program, successfully pass a comprehensive, closed‐book final examination under the supervision of a proctor and agree to abide by the Code of Ethics and Conduct Standards. In order to maintain the PPC Designation, the individual must annually attest to the Code of Ethics and Conduct Standards, and accrue and report a minimum of six hours of continuing education.
